In Memoriam

After his plane was shot down in 1966, USAF pilot Jerry Driscoll found himself in a squalid North Vietnamese prison. He thought he’d be incarcerated for six months or so. He did nearly seven. Driscoll, a 24-year Air Force veteran who lived in Wayzata, died Feb. 20 at age 75, after a six-year battle with neuromuscular disease primary lateral sclerosis.
